Most of the time we’re not cutting whole chickens or giant vegetables. We’re slicing an apple or nibbling on cheese or wedging a lemon. Except who wants to use a big old cutting board for a tiny thing like that? Same sustainable materials as its larger sibling, in a ~25% smaller package.
